Does a price drop on a listing mean it's a good deal?

Not necessarily. A price reduction shows the seller adjusted the price, often because the car has been listed a while, but it doesn't tell you how the new price compares with similar vehicles or the car's condition and history. Compare similar year, trim and mileage listings, check the vehicle history and get an inspection on used cars.
