EXPERT REVIEW · THREE-ROW SUV

2026 Acura MDX review

Acura MDX: the family hauler that doesn't feel like one. Illustrative review

7.9/10 OffLot expert score

The 2026 Acura MDX is a strong contender in its class. Standard driver-assist suite; well-organized infotainment. Price climbs fast with options and touch-only climate controls on some trims, so test the trim you'd actually buy. Starting around $53,000, it lines up with most direct rivals.

Great daily driver

The cargo room is the standout. My only gripe is the touchscreen climate controls, which I knew going in.

Exactly what we needed

We cross-shopped three others and this won on cargo room. the touchscreen climate controls is the trade-off.

Great daily driver

Twelve thousand miles in. Nothing has gone wrong, dealer service has been easy, and the cargo room still impresses passengers.
