Bought it for the school runs and road trips and it has handled everything so far. Fuel economy has been close to the sticker in mixed driving.

2026 Genesis GV70 review
Genesis GV70: a sensible pick with a few compromises. Illustrative review
7.4/10 OffLot expert score
The 2026 Genesis GV70 is a reasonable choice if the price is right. Ride stays composed on rough pavement; easy to see out of and park. Engine gets loud under hard acceleration and price climbs fast with options, so test the trim you'd actually buy. Starting around $49,000, it lines up with most direct rivals.

Twelve thousand miles in. Nothing has gone wrong, dealer service has been easy, and the cargo room still impresses passengers.
The cargo room is the standout. My only gripe is the touchscreen climate controls, which I knew going in.
