2026 Hyundai Ioniq 6 review

Hyundai Ioniq 6: everyday electric done well enough. Illustrative review

8.0/10 OffLot expert score

The 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 6 is a strong contender in its class. Comfortable front seats on long trips; standard driver-assist suite. Road noise on coarse pavement and some features locked to upper trims, so test the trim you'd actually buy. Starting around $40,000, it lines up with most direct rivals.

Second one we've owned

Bought it for the a long commute and it has handled everything so far. Fuel economy has been close to the sticker in mixed driving.

Better than the test drive suggested

The fuel economy is the standout. My only gripe is road noise on the highway, which I knew going in.
