Bought it for the school runs and road trips and it has handled everything so far. Fuel economy has been close to the sticker in mixed driving.

Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV: everyday electric done right. Illustrative review
9.2/10 OffLot expert score
The 2026 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV sits near the top of its class. Well-organized infotainment; easy to see out of and park. Price climbs fast with options and engine gets loud under hard acceleration, so test the trim you'd actually buy. Starting around $108,000, it costs more than most direct rivals.

We cross-shopped three others and this won on cargo room. the touchscreen climate controls is the trade-off.
The cargo room is the standout. My only gripe is the touchscreen climate controls, which I knew going in.
