The steering feel is the standout. My only gripe is the firm ride, which I knew going in.

2026 Porsche 718 Cayman review
Porsche 718 Cayman: built for the drive, not the errand. Illustrative review
8.1/10 OffLot expert score
The 2026 Porsche 718 Cayman is a strong contender in its class. Looks the part; engine note that rewards the throttle. Tight rear seat or none at all and limited cargo space, so test the trim you'd actually buy. Starting around $72,000, it lines up with most direct rivals.

Bought it for the weekend drives and it has handled everything so far. Fuel economy has been close to the sticker in mixed driving.
We cross-shopped three others and this won on steering feel. the firm ride is the trade-off.
