Does getting pre-approved on OffLot affect my credit score?

No. On OffLot, getting pre-approved does not affect your credit score. In the current preview, the Social Security number and date of birth fields are locked, and your answers are never saved or sent anywhere, because real credit checks aren't live yet. Shoppers are invited to get pre-approved after making an offer, since offers are more likely to be accepted when you're pre-approved for financing.
