CAR-BUYING QUESTIONS

Is the end of the month a good time to buy a car?

It can be. Dealers and salespeople often have monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, and manufacturer incentives often change at the start of a month, so the last days of a period can bring more flexibility. It isn't guaranteed, though; a popular vehicle may not see a discount, and showrooms can be busy. Have your research and written quotes ready ahead of time so you can act if a good number appears.
