CAR-BUYING QUESTIONS
Can I buy a car without a driver's license?
In many cases, yes, you can buy a car without a license, but you will need someone licensed to drive it and you will need insurance, which can be harder to arrange. Some states require ID to title or register a vehicle, and dealers usually need a license or ID for the paperwork, test drives and financing. Check your state DMV's rules and talk with an insurer about adding a licensed primary driver.
