Can I make an offer based on a monthly payment?

From the final review page in Build your deal, a 'Make an offer' option lets you offer either an out-the-door price or a monthly payment, using a free OffLot account. Offers stay open through the end of the month, and you can track status in My OffLot. Keep in mind a payment depends on the price, term and rate, so understanding all three helps.
