Does Sophie work for the dealer?

Sophie is OffLot's AI buying guide, built for shoppers. OffLot is buyer-first, and Sophie's job is to give you facts and explain costs, not to pressure you. She won't label a listing a good or bad deal or steer you toward a sale. She is free for shoppers to use.
