Sophie can search OffLot listings for you, apply filters, compare vehicles side by side, open vehicle and research pages, and explain the costs involved, such as out-the-door price, monthly payments, lease terms and fees. You can describe what you need in your own words, like "a quiet commuter car with good mileage under $30k," and she will narrow the options. She sticks to facts and doesn't push any particular vehicle.
